Monthly Goals: February

I didn’t actually achieve any of my goals last month. I’m stuck on the end of Hometown, but I hope to be able to finish it this month. I also want to finish the first part of More Than Words. I split this novel in two this month. It took place over os many years, and there was a big time-jump in the middle, so I split it there. I’ve been adding over 13K on it in January, and I hope to finish the first part now in February. It will now be it’s own novel.

Last month’s goal of continuing Apocalypse didn’t happen. This month, I want to continue onto part two of More Than Words, but I’m also thinking there needs to be another novel in-between them, focusing on other characters, so it might have to be put on the backburner. We’ll see.

I started plotting a new fantasy series, as was my goal for January, but I lost interest. I’m back to contemporary, because my forays into paranormal/fantasy never seems to last long. So yeah, sticking to what I know I can do reasonably well. ^_^ So for this month, I want to plot a new More book, which will be set in-between the two parts of More Than Words (second part will need a new title). Also had a new series idea, so will try to plot that one out this month too.
